The Tour Directory is a free reference, not a booking platform. These terms cover what that means for you.

Who runs this
The Tour Directory is operated by Tourpreneur, together with TripSchool. “We” and “us” below mean Tourpreneur. You can reach us at hello@tourpreneur.com.
What the directory is
It is a public list of tour operators, guides, and companies that sell to the tour and experience industry. It is free to browse and free to be listed. We are not a travel agent, a tour operator or a booking service. We take no commission, hold no reservations and process no payments.
Listings are not endorsements
Being listed here is not a recommendation, an accreditation or a guarantee of anything. Most of what a listing says is written by the business or guide themselves, and we do not verify it. Some listings appear before others because of the group they are in — Tourpreneur PRO members, Preferred Partners and TripSchool-certified guidesare grouped first — and that ordering is not a judgement about quality.
Dealing with businesses you find here
Anything you arrange with an operator, guide or company you found through the directory is between you and them. We are not a party to it. Check licensing, insurance and terms directly with the business before you book or pay for anything.
If you are listed
You are responsible for what your profile says, and for keeping it accurate. By filling in a profile you are asking us to publish that information here, and you confirm you have the right to share it — including any logo, photograph or description you upload. You can hide your listing at any time from your own profile, or by emailing us.
We may decline to list a business, or remove a listing, if it is not what it claims to be, if it is not part of this industry, or if the listing is being used for something other than describing the business. We will normally tell you why.
Using the directory
Browse it, link to it, and contact the people on it. Do not scrape it wholesale, republish it as your own directory, or use the contact details on it to send bulk unsolicited email. The people listed here gave their details so that customers and colleagues could reach them, not so that they could be added to a marketing list.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the directory correct and online, but we do not promise either. Information can be out of date, a business can close without telling us, and the site can be unavailable. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the directory or from anything you arrange with a business listed on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Content and marks
Company names and logos belong to the businesses they identify and appear here to identify them. The design, text and structure of the site belong to Tourpreneur.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the directory after that means the current version applies.
