Steve Myers journey began in Georgetown (Low Country), South Carolina, where he discovered his calling in the rich tapestry of black history and music (of a Gullah Geechee tradition). Today, he stands as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Civil Rights Trail Tours, a Non-Profit Black Tour Operator. With over 50 years of leadership in Radio and Entertainment, From orchestrating National Concert Tours and Stage Plays at Events Promotions LLC in Montgomery, Alabama, to his role as Marketing and Touring Director with The Commodores, extended to Tour Promotions for some of the major R&B, Hip-Hop and Gospel artists of the 70’s & 80’s.
