I’m Sari — a Finnish-born, world-traveled Tour Director with over 30 years of hospitality experience, 75+ countries visited, and the confidence to lead any group, anywhere, with grace, grit, and a bit of humor. My foundation was built on the water — 16 years managing private yachts for billionaires, royals, and celebrities, where I mastered service, problem-solving, and the art of anticipating needs before they’re spoken. I later brought that same excellence ashore, working as Lead Concierge at a 4-Diamond hotel in Savannah and eventually earning my certification as an International Tour Director. Since then, I’ve led tours across the U.S. and abroad, from multi-city itineraries in the South to fast-paced, back-to-back tours in rugged Alaska. I also led EF Go Ahead Tours this year — a perfect fit for my love of educational travel and high-level logistics. If it requires juggling moving parts, adapting in real-time, and keeping guests happy no matter what’s thrown our way, I’m in my element. I bring that signature Nordic work ethic: calm under pressure, always prepared, and quietly unstoppable. Commentary? Yes. Logistics? Love them. Guest care? Second nature. I’m a natural leader who can set the tone, keep it light, and still get things done. I bring calm in the chaos, heart to the hustle, and humor when it’s most needed. Whether it’s a motorcoach delay or a guest who needs a little extra care, I handle it with poise, speed, and the same level of care I’d give my own family. I’m not just a guide — I’m a concierge, troubleshooter, storyteller, and occasional therapist (I am into energy healing, after all). Whether it’s handling hiccups on the fly, finding the local “secret spot,” or creating moments that stick with guests long after the trip ends, I show up fully — with professionalism, warmth, and a sense of adventure. I believe travel is personal. Every place has a hidden gem. Every guest has a story. My job is to make sure both shine. Let’s make it seamless, memorable, and fun.
