My thoughts with any company I work for are simple: My success is your success and your success is my success. My approach is to take any situation and ask, “How do we make this better?” I pride myself on taking initiative and being innovative. My work speaks for itself by helping companies become organized, run more efficiently and focus on being solution-oriented. This thought process has given my employers confidence in my skills and my mission, to elevate the success of the company. People jokingly nicknamed me Mary Poppins because I’m able to come into any situation and resolve issues. I am grateful for my customer service training from Disneyland which has propelled and elevated me within my career throughout the years, landing positions such as Company Trainer, Executive Assistant, PR Management, Casting Director and Office Manager. I believe that everyone starts with my respect. I am friendly and firm, perky and punctual. I am a team player but not a yes man. My calm demeanor and outgoing personality makes me an employee that is easy to work with. As a manager, people always felt comfortable approaching me. Even when having to discipline a person, I always felt the need to treat people as I would want to be treated. I carry myself with confidence. I know what I bring to the table and I hold my head up high. No task is too big or too small and my employers know they can count on me to deliver. Please rest assured I am a great, hard-working employee. I come with great references and companies that did not want to see me go, even offering more money or trying to help with my requests. All this is to give you confidence that you are making the right decision.
