About
I believe the best trips happen when you feel completely taken care of—and that's exactly what I aim to deliver on every tour. Now in my third year as a tour director specializing in senior and student groups, I bring over 20 years of experience working with people of all ages and stages of life. Before this, I spent 20 years as a middle school teacher with the Department of Defense Education Activity—five years in Korea and fifteen in Germany—where I learned how to keep a group engaged, organized, and safe, no matter the setting or the personalities involved. I also spent time as a caregiver for my mother, an experience that shaped how I show up for the people I travel with. It taught me patience, resourcefulness, and how to stay calm when plans go sideways—skills I lean on daily as a tour director. My travelers and colleagues would describe me as kind, fun to be around, and detail-oriented to a fault. But more than anything, I love to travel, and there's nothing I enjoy more than sharing new adventures and discoveries with the people on my tours.
