About
Exploring and teaching are my greatest passions! I have always had a keen interest in learning about the world, different cultures, cuisines and histories through first-hand experience. Every path I've chosen in life has led me to a wonderfully fulfilling career in tour directing. From the initial spark of the "travel bug" on a trip to Sweden at age 12, to becoming a middle school Spanish teacher and organizing several international immersion tours for 60 students; from deciding to move to Chile at age 35 in search of novelty and growth, and finally, to leaving my teaching job at age 42 to follow my NEXT BIG DREAM of sharing life-changing travel experiences with others. I am certain that every step, leap, and pivot in my life's journey has given me the knowledge, skills, and confidence to be successful in this field. Excellent communication, leadership, organization and enthusiasm are just a few of my strengths, combined with extensive travel experience in 46 countries. I have also lived and worked in Florida, Colorado, Chile and Spain, giving me a deeper understanding of the cultures and histories of these places. I am thrilled to share my passion for experiential learning and creating amazing memories with any group of travelers, student or adult. I look forward working with you!

All things travel (traveling, talking about travel, reading about travel, looking at other people's travel photos - yes, I'm one of the few!), photography, hiking with my dogs, cooking, entertaining and being entertained
