About
As a former expat who has explored more than 35 countries—and spent 20 years calling Boston home—I’ve learned that the true magic of travel isn’t found only in the scenery. It’s in the stories, the unexpected discoveries, the shared laughter, and perhaps the occasional local specialty that changes your life. Whether I’m revealing the history behind a New England village, seeking out a hidden gem beyond the usual itinerary, or gently encouraging a guest to try something delightfully unexpected, I believe every journey should feel meaningful, memorable, and genuinely fun. I bring the curiosity of a lifelong traveler, the warmth of a gracious host, and the energy of a natural storyteller. I’m equally comfortable managing the details behind the scenes, bringing a destination vividly to life, and making sure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and included. For travelers seeking a tour director who combines global experience, regional knowledge, polished professionalism, and a healthy dose of wit, I would be delighted to lead the way.
Hobbies & Interests
When I’m not leading tours, I’m usually creating something—whether I’m working on my latest writing project, designing a costume worthy of a dramatic entrance, transforming a room, or hosting an elaborate multi-course dinner party where I happily play both chef and entertainer. I’m an aspiring writer, devoted history enthusiast, architecture and interior design lover, and unapologetic Francophile. I adore wine and the stories, landscapes, and people behind it—especially when the research involves a spontaneous vineyard detour. For inspiration and adventure, I turn to hiking, kayaking, scuba diving, steampunk culture, and the occasional investigation of something delightfully mysterious. I’m also an enthusiastic animal foster volunteer, so furry houseguests are frequently part of the scenery. And someday, I fully intend to add “ghost hunter” to the list. After all, I’m always ready for a spirited adventure—pun very much intended.
Fun Fact
As a former entertainer, I once (fake) made out with a mime on my honeymoon—earning a standing ovation in the middle of Rome. My husband’s impressively chill reaction was almost as memorable as the applause. #AchievementUnlocked
